I have decided after today to sell the 55. I just don't have time that the truck needs. I have been driving the FJ Cruiser pretty much full time now.

bucket seats
36" tire (pretty worn)
Scout power steering

Warn 8274 winch w/ remote

Needs:

maybe new battery or alternator
body is fairly rough

I am asking $2000.00 just because I just want it gone. If you pick it up on/before Monday I'll take $1750.00

55 for sale

This used to be my truck. Engine was strong, and the four speed drivetrain was installed by me years ago out of a donor (76 I think) piggie. I bought it from a guy who claimed to be the second owner and I believe the mileage is under 100K. With all the work the guys from Virginia have done to it and all the accesories I think it's a great buy, hell, a proven SOA 55 with winch for $1750!!!!!!!! In any event just my two cents for what was a fun truck for me. I never licensed it, it was used exclusively on the trails and mountains behind my house.

Hell, ask Lance Williams and Scott Simmons about the groundhog that bounced out from under the front wheelwell on a memorable wheeling excursion.................
