Update went to auction today. With a floor and no bids at 65k. Was promptly dropped to 55k and still no bites. Wish I could have gotten it at that price as that's a steal.

I guess I'm confused by the comment? Main thing is to insure the inside of the frame rails are coated. Exterior is a bonus. But here are the pictures from when I first did it. As you know being in the midwest where they use brine. This has become basic annual maintenance for me.
