Thanks, I think I can just weld the bung in a similar location. My concern is it even going to make a difference in how rich the truck runs since it used to have cats. It’s a jdm import. Truck doesn’t run bad at all just rich and s*** mpgs.

Where is your 02 located at? Thinking about intalling on my manta exhaust.

I just went out to start mine. I remembered to pump the pedal this time before starting. Pumped it twice and it fired up first crank.

I do have headers back exhaust and it sounds like it still runs the same as yours. I’m with you just run it as is until you need new exhaust.

I am running no cats or 02s, the CEL is not on but I did the paper clip Obd1 trick and it had a code for both 02 sensors. I also get 12mpgs. Trucks run good otherwise.

I thought mine was bad with 3-4 cranks. I’ve done most of the stuff you have. One weekend a couple of weeks ago it was starting on the first crank then stopped doing that. Interested to see what yall got for a solution.

Evergreen has a distribution center in the US and the guys I spoke with were in the US. The exhaust is made in AUS.

I went with evergreen manta exhaust headers back. 94 RHD. Their customer service was pretty good.

Nice cruiser! Mine is a 94 JDM as well. I had the same accelerating issue along with some bouncing rpms. I started replacing vacuum tubes (on going), pcv, IAC, plugs and wires, header back exhaust (OEM was roached) and flushed the fuel system. Runs like a top now.

OME stock height lift with 10mm spacer up front put mine level with the rear.
