    The switch may be adjusted to close to the pedal. Pull up on the pedal to see if it goes off. My 40 was like that when I first got it. Simple adjustment to back the switch out a little.

    You can buy the pins separate and crimp them yourself, need to buy crimpers too. Corsa Technic - https://www.corsa-technic.com I can look up pin part numbers when I get home.

    That’s a nice looking fabric, I was hoping it would match my 94. Seems like they made quite a few different fabric patterns.

    Bad ac compresssor?

    They are separate sensors. The dash gauge might not say it’s to hot, but the ac one will shut it off

    My pressure switch went bad. I had to disconnect it and jumper the connector. It was causing it to turn on and off about every 10 seconds. Was driving me crazy.
