My first post ever in the 60 section, and it's the beginning of what will be a fairly in depth build. My wife love's 60 series, so this build is for her. She wants to have her own rig to drive on and off road, so many of the decisions on this one will be hers (she actually prefers the square headlights).

My first build was a 2UZ 4.7 powered FJ40 with the a750 5 speed auto -

My second build, which we still have, is a 3UR 5.7 powered FJ45 with the ab60 6 speed auto. It sits on an 80 frame.

The 5.7 is such a great engine. I bet that 45 has mountains of power at the pedal.

Can’t wait to watch this one Riley. She’ll be so happy. If it’s done before Cruise Moab maybe we can take it up Moab rim again. She drives this time!
