My tensioner pulley made noise for about a year before I had it addressed. It would come and go with different weather (humidity) changes. Shouldn't be an issue for your trip. Keep an ear out on the sound for dramatic changes.

If you bought it pre-owned it could be a hole drilled by a dent extractor dude. I have heard they are known to drill holes in doors to get their dent removing tools inside the door cavity..... especially at dealerships where they don’t see what they are doing.
