Anyone have any tricks to get the blower motor cap back on? See attached. The springs seems to get in the way.

Guys - all of a sudden my AC keeps kicking off. Narrowed it down to one of the large cycle relays in the fuse box area. See attached, top right. Any idea what would be triggering that all of a sudden? Thanks!

There was coolant under the valve cover when the gasket was replaced. That being said, no B symptoms like overheating, loss of power, low fluid levels, etc. Odd. I'm going to get the oil changed again and see if i see anything. Might have just been spilled or an accident.

The odd thing is that i don't have any of those symptoms. The coolent was bright green, not the milkly look, the car runs cool, the coolant levels are perfect, no power loss, etc. I may just get an oil change to make sure this wasn't spilled coolant somehow.

Thanks - Thinking I'll start with the compression check. It's been a week since i got it back. Maybe I'll do another oil change to see if there is any coolant in the system. I'm not losing or leaking anything under the car. There is a little white vapor from the exhaust on startup but it quickly...

Great tip! Worked like a charm. The only issue is that it only fixed the driver and rear hatch power locks. The other three doors don't trigger. Any idea what may be causing that?
