With a bigger "pulley style pump".. I'm fully aware that stock pump is gear driven off the oil pump............

I'm about to do hydro assist. I'm also looking into fitting a higher output PS pump. I'd like to replace the stock pump with a bigger pulley pump but theres not much info on this. How do you like your hydro assist?

welp.. wasnt the steering box or trunnion bearings.. guessing the pump because now its hard to turn both ways..

that would make sense if i hadn't put in on jackstands and had it turn fine. Idk im just so confused because everything that i thought would happen on all my checks, didn't pan out. the only thing I can find is that the bearings were very worn? But even then Idk. Hoping the new box and new...
