Best ONLINE sources for OEM Toyota parts

Thanks Beno and Dan for giving feedback. I see you are moderators now. I need to start engaging here again. It's been awhile.

Best ONLINE sources for OEM Toyota parts

Yes, those are the two members I was remembering. I remember the threads where Beno and Dan announced their new jobs (separate threads). Too bad it appears nobody has taken up the mantle. I'll checkout the sites mentioned here. Thanks all

Best ONLINE sources for OEM Toyota parts

This is a useful timely thread, as old threads may point to old sites that don't exist or are no longer recommend. I was searching because there used to be a couple guys on Mud that were go to parts guys. I've been off the forum for awhile, so are there no longer go to Mud members for parts?

    Dilemma - Should I buy a 2021 Land Cruiser?

Someone has to buy them new for us to get them at still stupid high prices 15-20 years later. Go for it!

Yep, your problem is the Ford. You need another LC.

    HOW Bad is this rust?

A Mudder from Arizona says that rust is good to go, so you know it's true.

    HOW Bad is this rust?

That looks like typical surface rust. Are there any holes?

Why do YOU have a 100 series?

7 years ago my Mazda 3 died and I bought a '14 Subaru Crosstrek to replace it. I really liked the Crosstrek, and I picked it over the Forester for the smaller size. I drove it for two years, but I have a large family and at the time time lots of car seats. I thought my wife's Odyssey was the...

Why I don't see many lc100 on the road?

They aren't rare here in suburbia St. Louis. Finding them for sale is another story.

Getting cold feet about the jump from 4Runner to 100 Series

I haven't priced hundy's in a few years, but it really feels like too much money, especially because it needs things that do need to be fixed as to not be annoying. The fixes are small, but even without those, price is high.

locking lug nuts - any pros?

Nothing worked for me to get mine off. Sockets with hammer no. Lug nut remover from auto parts shop no. Using impact wrench with either, no. I had to take to a dealer and to get off they charged $20 a lug nut to replace. I ate it and never went back.

Is it worth it...to sell or to spend more to fix

You were given a vehicle, so all the deferred maintenance is your only cost to own. Sure you can flip, but how much will that buy you for your next vehicle? Your TLC looks great from the one pic you posted.

    Underground Dog Fence

We had a dog that would run throught the fence and take the pain for the few seconds it gave once the dog ran outside the zone. It's expensive, but this system solved all our problems. It's Petsafe YardMax, and has an infinate zone outside your wire, which means it continues to shock the dog...

M & W Camp Stove What Kind of Fuel

I don't see it there, but may post. Not a fan of signing up just for a few questions before I do all my research. One thing your post has helped out is M & W, most like stands for Montgomery Ward. I'm a gen X'r that has experiance with Monty Ward. I should have recognized. Still trying to...
