I have found a #680 bulb is a near perfect match for that type of brown bulb holder. Same bulbs in the defrost and rear a/c switches.

If your dealer accepts returns, buy a brush set along with a reman alternator. Once you get the old one out, it only takes a couple mins to take it apart to see if you just need brushes. Charge that battery up while you are replacing the alternator. Don't need to let a brand new alternator...
