For anyone who got a front windshield from Lexus/Toyota recently, who is the manufacturer?

This national backorder seems odd. Have you tried another dealership?

I learned from my glass guy Pilkington hasn’t been available for years.

Verified with Lexus, Toyota, and OGBeno.

I actually called into Toyota Care to have them escalate. Apparently there are 37 on Backorder with no ETA. It's been that way for 5+ months now.

I suppose the MIGHT come in any day now, but I've been saying that to myself since March. I just can't wait any longer for something that might never materialize.

I also thought that Pilkington glass was no longer available. I guess I can only order the glass and see what comes in.

Pilkington was sold and is now called TriVal, sold several years ago
this is according to my windshield guy who has been doing glass for 55+ years

I've had a TriVal windshield in my 62 for 3-4? years now, also have one in our LX470 for a year now
FW02519 is the # on the LX windshield
