So after getting a set of fuel offroad wheels + KO2s, I started to feel vibration at 60-65 mph, I can see the passenger seats shaking, but the steering wheel is not vibrating at all. I asked the store to rebalanced the wheels and tires, it didn't help. I put back on the original wheels w/ open...

It's going to be a HUGE PIA to install it, mainly getting the bumper cut right. But it well worths the effort.

I bought a used key fob for $100 with virgin keyword off Ebay and programmed it with techstream. Didn't even bother with cutting the key blade because I have two. I just need a expendable key fob i can toss around.

It was the steering rack. I ended up replacing it, I bought one from a Toyota dealer online ($750) and had it installed, also replaced all the bushings. Now it drives perfect.
