@tlaporte @bj40green thanks gentlemen for your help... Turns out the previous owner installed a relay with a push button to bypass the glow timer. One of the wires on the relay had come loose, once I reattached it the old girl fired right up like it was 1984! Not bad for sitting idle for more...

Thanks for the link, I did read that one already :). I know my plugs are okay because when I manually put voltage on the busbar the glow plugs worked fine. I think it's either the glow controller or the relays but I'm not sure how to figure out which...
