One other thing I'm curious about is the switch bank where the heated switch is located is one piece (i.e. each switch is not separate) with one wiring plug coming in. I'm not sure you'll be able to get the clock spring, switch bank, and wheel installed and have it all "just work". And if it...
It has been done (see my post above). I just wish there was a little more detail provided. This is what the owner shared: SOLD - 2010 LX570 / 200 Series - Golden, CO - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/2010-lx570-200-series-golden-co.1320119/post-15185714
I'm thinking of exploring it, as I've...
Plastic bumpers never perfectly match the painted metal, even from the factory.
I'm glad you are happy with the work - cars will never stay pristine unless they are stored inside and never driven. Especially since the damage was just limited to the bumper, I'd be happy with what was done and...
I found this installation guide for the factory system for a newer LC200. TOYOTA PT398-60080 INSTALLATION MANUAL Pdf Download - https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1063096/Toyota-Pt398-60080.html
I wonder if my remote start system is in the same place (on the side of the center console, under the...

Glad everyone is safe. Make sure insurance buys you a new baby seat! Your old one can't be used anymore.
If it was just the infant seat and the infant seat was out of the car, you at least need a new base.
I don't recall seeing this on mine. Only time it goes back to the Lexus home screen is when the screen changes, like the reverse camera or when the parking sensors light up (I disabled this on the main screen for this reason).

I just saw that a Slee built 2010 lx570 was posted for sale with a heated steering wheel retrofitted from a 2011. Does anyone know about it? Would love to add one to my 2009.

I bought this and couldn't figure out how to install it per the directions. I don't think our 7-pin comes apart that way. I ended up returning it, unfortunately. Seemed like a nice piece.
Finally bought a set of yellow SS3 Pros during Diode Dynamics's July 4th sale and installed them today. The instructions were very helpful! One thing I did that made the clips much easier to remove was slide a small flathead under it to pry it up a bit. It slid right off with no extra force...
