I recently went from load range D General Grabbers to Load Range C Mickey Thompsons on my 40 and like the C’s much better.

Either way, I’d like to try and avoid the distinction of the only guy that flopped in the event.

I believe it was an afternoon extra curricular run. It could also be bead information, it was secondhand. My son and I both took notice because we were considering running it but went with Hells instead.

TOW will be interesting to see. I’ve heard everything from horror stories of a guy who flopped his rig on it last year at Cruise Moab to guys who took the family grocery getter up there fairly easily. In fairness the grocery getter was a triple locked 80 series on 33’s.

40’s only run is 3D. Looking forward to that one. Also got Fins and Top of The World. Probably have to figure out way to get a Hells in too.

How fast do the trails fill up. Is it like registration where you have have to be in the waiting room and hope for the best?

April can be pretty windy there. Plan to set your tent securely and don’t leave light stuff out while you’re on the trail.

I am looking for a flange yoke from an early 80s pickup. They are discontinued from Toyota. It is the 64x56 bolt pattern. I attached a picture. I can get a aftermarket one there as soon as they are back in stock. I would like to have it sooner.

I’m really looking forward to Dome Plateau. Top Of The World is probably on the list too depending on trail conditions. Rumor has it that it’s gotten quite a bit harder in the last couple of years though.
