do you know how tight you went on the nut that holds the adjustment screw? on my old 80 series sector shaft the adjustment screw had a little wiggle to it. staking tabs still in place so i know it was factory. did you crank the nut down snug so the adjustment screw wont turn?
Sounds like a lot of work. But I’m ok with that. No time pressure for me. So I’m looking at the Wire harness repair manual and I can see on the table where it shows terminals and repair wire part number amongst other info. Maybe I’m misunderstanding but did you splice in all new connectors...
Damn. This thread died. I thought I hit the jackpot finding a Beno thread to the very thing I’m about to start. Any updates? Where did you source wire?
Update….so I ended up going to a store that specializes in carbon brushes. The ones from Amazon are a little too small. Was a little sloppy in the brush housing for my liking. Seems like the actual measurement is closer to 5mm. The brushes I got from the store were a little too big to fit into...

At this time I thought...
So it looks like the nut holding the O2 sensor is melted onto the stud. Any ideas? Tried the bolt extractor. No luck. Do any of you know if the stud can be removed if I used the dremel to cut the nut off and marred the threads? And if so anyone have a part number to the stud?
Not sure how accurate 95-97 land cruisers not having the 2 plugs is. Mines a 06/94 and it has both plugs. Unless they’re for something completely different. Seems to fit both passenger and drivers side
So I’m in the process of removing the old sound deadener and installing new stuff. Upon removing my rear heater core I noticed that the tube seal is a little mangled. I’ve talked to C-Dan and he says the part is not a serviceable part and probably part of the heater core assembly. Has anyone...
Just received my order today from Mosley. And they are absolutely beautiful. Question though. Would you guys trust a reputable auto upholster to fix the foam in my seats or is OEM the only way?
