So I had a set of custom graphics made using Oracal 651 Vinyl from Turn-ten graphics. I only did the quarter panels for the time being, but will do the hood once I get a couple small dents fixed. I've spent months going back and forth on options but I really dig the Ivan Stewart racing colors...
I'd go with 31x10.5. It's the perfect size for a stock T4R. Nothing rubs at full flex. 30x9.5 are fine as well, but I think 31's look a little better stock.
Looking at putting 87-88 SR5 Graphics on my 89 4Runner. I very much prefer the look of the 87-88 SR5 graphics over the 89 style. I wanted to see if anyone on the forum has experience with 3M vinyl graphics. I see sets on ebay go for around $140-150 compared to $280 or so for the James Dean...
It's been awhile since my last update. Fabricated a new cat-back exhaust for the 4Runner using a set of 2.5" bends and a Borla 40665 Pro XS muffler. Lots of respect for the exhaust guys; it was not easy. Sounds great to me. No drone at all and pretty quiet.

Just got my Softopper a couple days ago. Went with black and tinted windows. Super excited to put it on, but have to wait until we finish our summer move.
It is not that hard to do yourself. If the engines already in, you can do everything else in your garage on nights / weekends. The 3.4 swap FB group is essential as they are very active / helpful.
The button on the end of my windshield wipe stalk is broken. Is there an easy fix for this? I can't find just the plastic end piece for sale and complete stalks are very expensive.
It might just be me, but late model wheels on classic toyotas don't normally look good. I think the steel wheels still look pretty good, but not the alloys in most cases.
