    Suspension clunk left side

Check the cam bolt nuts on the UCA’s. 74 ft-lb. Mine looked tight but weren’t to spec. I had a similar thing going on and thankfully this was the issue. Use a wrench to hold the bolt head and torque the nut. Make sure to do this with wheels on the ground.

Front Sway Bar Fastener Question (chasing a metallic popping noise)

I torqued them down to 74 ft-lbs and that seemed to take care of it. They weren’t loose by any means, but after the proper torque, no more pop! Thanks for the help.

Known mechanics in SC, NC or VA?

I just had Renaissance Auto in Cary do my Timing Belt/Water Pump, they did a great job. They had no issues with me bringing the cruiser outfitters kit and encouraged me to buy a few more OEM bits to do while in there. They do mostly BMW and Mercedes stuff but they have a guy in the back that...

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Put on some @TRAIL TAILOR extendo rear links and removed the front sway bar. Feels like a new truck! Maybe it’s placebo, maybe not. Either way, the drivers seat test has been believing. Did a brake flush with Toyota Dot 3 and prepping to put on the TB/WP kit I got from @cruiseroutfit and a...

Lunchbox auto locker for the rear in a 2000 LC

Has anyone seen a reputable product on the market similar to the Aussie Auto Locker for the 80? I had one in the rear of my 80 and loved it. No issues as a daily driver and off road it performed well. You forget its back there. On my 100, I think that plus ATRAC could be a killer off road set...

    Ignition Coil Spark Plug Question

I just pulled a set of sk20r11 plugs out of mine in the baselining process. They worked and looked fine. It’s a great option to go with. Denso plugs will be great. Don’t get the auto zone specials.
