Where is the sound coming from you mention? If disconnecting the wastegate doesn't produce uncontrollable boost there is something else wrong. Exhaust manifold gasket? Exhaust manifold to turbo gasket? Sounds like something has failed. I was thinking perforated boost compensator diaphram but...

Check out GWnuggets build thread. He details what is needed to fit 37's on a 3" spring lift (im sure he has a 1" body lift as well) 37's are a big tyre, you have to cut or space things to get them to fit.

My 328K clutch has just started to slip on cold nights. Slips in 4th @ 1800ish rpm prob around peak torque Im running 13psi @ the inlet, 3" exhaust, front mount intercooler and a tune not sure on power. Im guessing its at the end of its life though not through raw power.

Thats a SC14 off a 1GG-ZE which is a 2.0l straight 6, commonly in Toyota crowns. No where near big enough for a 1FZ. These are commonly put on 4AG-ZEs as an upgrade for the stock SC12 and put out about 16psi. These are a 1.6l to show you how undersized it is. Stick it on craigslist for sure.

Intercooler looks good mate. Just check how your catch can is plumbed in as its currently not part of the circuit, needs to flow through it not just teed off.
