Here is a copy of the GTurbo tuning guide maybe of some help. I was also not to impressed with the turbo over the stock ct26 until grinding the pin and following this guide, once done the difference is night and day.. :smokin:

Is someone able to post up the resistance check for the solenoid please? the link provided is not working. My steering is also heavy, having just rebuilt my steer box and pump I suspect the solenoid is at fault as mentioned here

Done recently in Qld by well known diesel performance workshop not much in it but yeah looks like the HZ shaft out performed the HD unit...still I wonder why Toyota made the difference in cams and not used the same in both engines?

My engine was not the original motor from my vehicle but was an early model as far as i can tell by the earlier model pistons which were in it. Maybe it was was one of the so called "bent" cranks as you have mentioned. It is safe to say it will no longer cause anyone else any problems the state...

Main bearing shells

Well I finally split the damaged motor in half and wow! :eek: Here is some pictures for anyone interested. When I removed the crankshaft the engine block basically started to fall to pieces, also I suspect the root cause is the main bearings had play allowing the crank to flex you can see...

Mud the piping of the cooler exits towards the firewall and curls underneath it into the manifold as opposed to the cross country unit which does the same but towards the front of the motor. Seems to holding up really well in regards to vibrations etc I recently just completed a 17000km road...

Tapage there's not really enough room for another fan between the cooler and the rocker cover. This cooler is very efficient the average temperature during the day where I live is mid 30c and I have popped the bonnet after giving my car a hard time in low range and the cooler is still only warm...

$590 each both company's make awesome stuff but the 2 reasons i went with radius fab was ryco a1358 air filters for this air box can be had for under $20 and second, freight was a lot cheaper to where i live.
