I broke my Niner sir9 frame last year. Got it welded up and now it serves as a geared flat bar gravel bike. Replaced it with a custom Marino and I love her. 65HTA, 130mm fork, SS, 420 CS.

I also need a new windshield (failed gasket) and live in Portland. I called up Tony at Land Cruiser NW and he highly recommended Collision Auto Glass out near Beaverton. They quoted me $330 all in unless there is substantial rust repair.

Do you have an example of the square shroud in the more square bezel location? Square peg round hole look going on otherwise. Or better yet a quad setup with round shroud in low beam and square shroud in high beam?

Yep! Except I did those this past spring. Otherwise I would have for sure. I did check that they were still torqued as I know some have seen issues with them loosening up over time.

Had a stumbling engine late last week. No codes. Finally got a pending code of cylinder 6 misfire. Swapped the coil with cylinder 4 and the code moved to cylinder 4. Ordered 8 Denso coils from Rockauto at like $48/ea. I didn’t know the history of the coils and have a 4K mile road trip coming...

@BenCC any progress update on the ashtray replacement part? My home brew 3D printed part I made last year is failing (PLA didn’t expect it to last long) and I’d rather replace with your stuff if I can.

Just rebuilt and repainted my Niner SIR9. All bearings cleaned and repacked, fork rebuilt, frame cerakoted. It was white before and now it’s midnight bronze. Cheaper than a new bike this year and hopefully 2022 won’t have COVID tax anymore. Took it out tonight for our weekly Thursday night ride...
