Just an update. Got the tranny rebuilt. All slip has been resolved. Also, I did not realize how much the LX was struggling until I got the transmission done. Now, very smooth and gets up to speed quicker. Also maintains speeds on cruise control without downshifts. Wasn't planning on...

I have both and my exact thoughts.

Had to replace the bulbs for overdrive and pwr on my LX along with the "D" light.

Update: Upon ACC's suggestion, took the LX to Landmark Transmissions in Atlanta. Tranny is currently being rebuilt.
