YotaMD Can I’m swap the guts from this aftermarket key to yours? Or would I still have to start with an OEM key?

my 2006 100 has an aftermarket key. Pictured below. I want to go back to an OEM key. I’d like to get at least 2 OEM keys made and programmed etc. Is that terribly expensive to do? What steps are involved? Is it possible to do yourself?
