I have read that T100 rotors and calipers work for an HZJ77. I also saw something about 4Runner parts working. Can anyone give me specific direction for rotors and calipers I can get at a local parts store that will bolt up to this? Thanks!

On the cylinder head of my 1HZ there are these two pressed in hose connectors. I need to get new ones for the new head. Can someone help me identify part numbers? Thanks!

Thanks Onur, I sure appreciate your expertise. I mistakenly thought it was 2". The header I ordered dumps at 2.5" so it should work with my stock exhaust line which is still in very good condition.

I'm looking for 2.5", isn't the original 2"?

After a few random issues, none of which involved overheating, the mechanic pulled the head and as you can see it is cracked. The truck is a 1991 HZJ77 with 220k kilometers on it. I've driven it the last 15k of those and right to the day I drove it to the shop it ran great, but I was seeing...

Welp, definitely has oil in the coolant and exhaust gasses coming out of the radiator when the engine is idling, cold, with radiator cap off. I drove a 2500 mile highway trip since I started this thread with no overheating and the engine ran perfectly except when cold in sub 35f temps.

Did you figure it out? Mine just started doing g this same thing.

It started right up both times but would not run right until it got fully up to temp.
