Sounds good! Not sure if this is the same issue but we're aware of high beam light issue on positive ground vehicles. It's on our knock out list for this year to either include a module or revise our PCU chip set. We'll email about it when a fix is released.

Mace, There's a nut on the back of the projector that can get loose. Might still be enough resistance to twist the projector to straighten that cut out with it staying. It's a problem we've solved on the new batch. You have the LHD version, the projector just needs to be rotated a hair.

Hmm... I'm curious where you got that information from? That doesn't seem right. HIDs are more efficient at producing light. You can get 50-100LM per W with an HID while halogen only puts out ~20-30LM per W. When HIDs are at their least efficient, they might put out as much as a halogen but...

The low beam is just a single beam. There isn't a high/low mechanism built into it. The beam pattern will stay the same when you go high beam. I actually have a wiring harness that will allow all 4 headlights to come on when you pull the high beams. We are looking for someone to test that out...
