Yes, dome is constant hot and the clock time does NOT reset after start up.

I just installed this today and I have the OEM radio that does not have a constant hot wire to tap into so I tapped into the dome light from the fuse box. Sharing in case it helps some one else down the line.

Did this ultimate manual ever get assembled? I am starting an h55f swap and this would be great to have!

OK, you guys have convinced me to keep it. Marking this is SOLD so others don't reach out but I will figure out a path to getting the swap done. I really want the extra speed and to lower the temp of the engine when driving on the highway. Thanks for setting me straight.

I connected with Mark and he was great and gave me his guy. I may still go that route but now I already have my mechanic on it with everything repaired so I would be paying twice for the work to remove the tranny, etc. If no takers on the h55F I may just suck it up and get it put in by someone...
