Do you have drawers installed in the back by chance? The couple threads I can find where the rear AC is blowing hot the common theme is they have drawers installed and this is affecting something. Trying to track this down myself.

I had the same issue with the wing kit on my 20123 LC. I trimmed about 1/4" off each side. This made them fit much better and relieved some of the pressure on the drawers and top slide. I also had to trim the rear bracket to install it.
