You sure it is a 1kz-te and not a 1kz-t? Does it have the e-throttle etc? I'm sure it is possible but the wiring is going to stress you tf out if it has the e-throttle and the million sensors. If it is a mechanical pump 1kz-t, with the cable throttle, i would say it is certainly more attainable

On my 3rd gen, I use the EBC USR Slotted rotors. Have them on a few years now and they haven't warped or anything, which is good considering 4runner rotors not the strongest generally. Re pads, currently using genuine toyota but considering stop-tech or EBC for my next set

All you do is add the rear locker to your existing diff. Everything else stays. Centre diff is integral to how the awd/4wd system on that vehicle works, so that would remain as is. You can also consider adding one of the factory rear e-lockers if you can find it.
