Is it worth the money, time, and energy to install 4.88 gears on a 1991 with a 3FE sitting on 33's? Or is it a none factor?

Had the top end of my 1991 3FE rebuilt like 6 months ago, Now, looking at getting the lower half rebuilt, as it will be at the machine shop and ideas on how to get a little more power out of the block?

Been thinking of getting these, do you believe they are worth the investment?

Thats good to know, 2 months ago I lost compression in cylinders 5 & 6, and was thinking of going to LS swap, but my budget only allowed me to get a low mile used engine, swap. Rebuild the top end and keep on going, only have 238,000 miles on the truck.
