mine happens when I'm parked on an incline (nose up) I think on level the car drain system works. But when parked inclined overnight I think the water flows in a way to overwhelm the drains and I get some in the passenger well

Yeah that sounds like my situation. Did you use the Redarc harness with the extra ground wire or just connected the wires connected to the Toyota pigtail? I think the rule of thumb with intermittent electrical problems is always check for bad ground.
