SOLD Florida. 2010 Lexus GX460

Hello everyone, I purchased a 2010 gx460 premium about 7 months ago, 4 months ago I replaced the transmission fluid and filter with WS fluid ( no flush ) (130k miles ) about a week ago the suv started acting up specially in the morning, throwing codes like P0761 P2714 C1201, and not shifting from 3 gear to 4 gear. It only does this if I don’t let the car warm up before driving. If I let the car warm up the transmission throws no codes and shifts like butter. Can anyone please help me find the issue ? Do I need a new transmission?

I've moved on to a Tundra and looking to sell my GX470. Its a 2004, 253,000 miles. Full service records and Clean. It does have Navigation. Was serviced at Toyota dealership then at Blackwell automotive. New rear disk and pads all around. weather techs in front, rear and back end. I do have the rear seats. southern owned. I'm actively looking for a GX 470. My wish list is as follows: 2005-2009; under 200k miles; good service history; limited owners; stock or lightly modded; no accidents. As noted, the above is only a "wish list" and I'm flexible about most things. While I'd love a GX 470 owned by a geriatric couple who only took it to the occasional wild bingo night, that's probably not realistic. If you have one with more than 200k miles but you're one of two owners and have exhaustive service records, then mileage is arbitrary. Likewise, if it's a pre-2005 but has a lot of great attributes, I'm not stuck on this age range. Wanted Help! Price Advice for GX470 2004

Local Lexus dealership got a trade in - an '04 GX470 with 114K miles, one owner, rather clean carfax (oil change every 3-5K like clockwork). The interior is spotless. I'm in Queens, NY. The car was bought and driven in Long Island, one of the absolute worst places for salt lingering on roads. They put down salt when there's even the slightest possibility of snow and they just let the roads soak it up and they never clean it. Needless to say, the car has some pretty visible rusting on the bottom. The hubcaps also look like they've been preserved in salt, haha. See pics below.
