I’m looking for a 2006-2007 100 Series (late VVT-i model) that I’ll be importing to Europe and using as my daily driver. I’m not in a hurry, I would much rather wait for the right truck than settle for the wrong one.
What I’m looking for:
I’m specifically looking for something a little more interesting than the common silver or white. Black is perfectly fine as well, but I’d especially love:
The vehicle can be located anywhere in the United States. I’ll be exporting it to Europe, so location is not a deciding factor.
I’m looking for a Land Cruiser that I can depend on as a daily driver. A higher-mileage truck doesn’t scare me at all, as long as it has been properly maintained. I’d much rather buy a 200,000-mile truck with excellent service records than a lower-mileage example that has been neglected.
If your truck isn’t 100% up to date but only needs a few known items (timing belt, radiator, suspension components, etc.), that’s perfectly fine too. We can simply account for those repairs in the purchase price or arrange to have the work completed before the sale.
I’ve seen plenty of 100 Series Land Cruisers listed on Cars.com and other dealer websites, but unless it’s being sold by an authorized Toyota dealer, I’d much rather buy from a fellow iH8MUD member. The knowledge and honesty within this community give me much more confidence, especially since I’ll be purchasing from overseas.
If you have, or know of, a truck that fits the description, I’d love to hear from you. Photos, maintenance records, and ownership history are always appreciated.

- Excellent overall condition, both mechanically and cosmetically
- Fully serviced with maintenance up to date
- Timing belt already replaced, or recently completed
- Radiator and other common age-related maintenance already taken care of, or at least well documented
- Clean title
- Stock or tastefully modified is fine
