Selling my 1998 UZJ100 Land Cruiser. Factory rear locker, non-navigation dash, about 293k miles.
I bought this after looking for a while for a 100 that was worth putting time into, It spent part of its life in Santa Monica before coming east to CT where I purchased a couple years back. The frame is solid with surface rust underneath, not a rotted-out Northeast truck. There is dog-leg rust shown in the photos.
Clean Carfax and a thick folder of service records. Timing belt has been done. New AC systern was installed, though it is not currently blowing cold. And the temp fix for cv axle with spacer and another new flange cause of worn spline on passenger cv wheel side.
Known needs are straightforward: battery light is on, likely charging/alternator related included CV axle, gasket, and flange need to be installed AC needs charge/diagnosis minor exhaust flex leak with check engine light minor oil leak master window switch buttons are worn and am including the replacement cv axle/flange/gasket to go with it.
It runs and moves, but with the battery light on I would plan to trailer it home. This is not being sold as a turn-key daily; it is a solid rear-locker 100 priced honestly for someone who wants to finish the remaining items.
Here is list of what has been done so far and all OEM Parts:
Timming belt, water pump, exhaust, valve cover gaskets, thermostat, fuel filter, vacuum hoses, Starter, spark plugs. PCV Emissions done (262K) New Toyota OEM battery, Fan Clutch, New OEM Radiator, AC compressor, Idler pulley, Tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, new brakes all around (rotors and pads), New Falken Widpeak At4/W tires, oil and front diff fluid changed, New Transponder key. New Battery ground terminal, and Alignment.
$6495.
