Alright... I can't seem to get a call back from some of the vendors, so I thought I'd poll the group.

What are the dimensions of the holes you drill in the front crossmember to fit a Saginaw 800 series box to a 40, and what are the OD and ID of the tube that you use to sleeve the hole.

(I guess that the tubing answer will provide me with the others)

TIA,

Jim

Really it depends on the kit. Most start with a 3" in the front and smaller in the back depending on the angle and depth of the box. Some require a cut be made to recess the box further. If you start with a 3" hole use a 3" sleeve if it doesn't interfere ith the box.

iirc 83mm or 3 1/4 hole saw will do the trick

and a 3" sleeve
