HOpe everyone survived the winter blast without too much inconvenience or damage. I was lucky...no damage as of 9am when I left this morning to head downtown....never lost power though it did flicker couple times....and was able to work from home some.

Stay safe and warm.....

Lost power yesterday for about an hour. Thats all.

I was at hospital all day but daughter stayed at house last night and did not mention it was out.... friend of mine in Summerville was without power for over 20 hours.

We lost power for almost 2 days. Backyard looks like a tornado went through. Still don't have internet, but happy for the warm water! Got the fence back up so we can let the dogs out. Several neighbors have roof damage.

EDIT: We got our internets back!!! Just drove through the neighborhood… Folks that have cleared their yards look like they put up a wooden wall along the street. Lots of roofs (pl?) are damaged!

wow....do you need anything...a heater or a chainsaw. Wife just had surgery so stuck at home nursing her for few days but you can borrow whatever axes, chainsaws, etc I have if needed.

Thanks, brother! We got the Oak Tree out of the way and will worry about the Pine Tree next weekend. I think I lent out my chainsaw a few years ago and never got it back... New one is on the way. I appreciate the offer to lend your tools!
