Quick PS Question (1 Viewer)

I am in the middle of resealing my PS pump. I was wondering if I should pry the lid off of the reservoir and clean the filter in the bottom of the reservoir while I am at it?
What do you guys who have done this think, is this a must do?

Get a flashlight and look inside. Mine was very clean. I didn't feel the need to clean it when I installed a new pump, but I DID add an inline filter.

After inspecting it some more I decided that I will not open the reservoir up. The fluid was pretty clean that I drained out of the system so I will just leave it alone.
