Hey, the inner channel near that area is toast. Also, some wall on the outer channel facing out has some holes. I want to some how bend the lower lip of the outer channel back down where the shackle is pushing it up about 3/8 to 5/16 of a inch. how do I bend down the lower end of the c of the frame? I know it would require alot of force. Some one recommended heating the frame but I think that is a bad idea. Would a body repair shop have hydraulics to push down on the frame so, I can weld it to a outside reinforcement place?

Also, The inner frame rail is welded ever so many inches? Going to be tight with a grinder to cut it out.

Lastly, what are the damentions of the inner frame rail? I need to add perhaps 1/16 inch from loss of metal on the insides of outer frame rail.
