FJ60 master cylinder into 75 FJ40??? (1 Viewer)

What master cylinder and booster did you end up using, part numbers...? I am wanting to swap out my front stock drums to a set of 1987 fj60 knuckles (birfields out to the aisin locking hubs) so that i can get discs.
Then after the front axle rebuild and disc brakes are installed... I am wondering if I will need to upgrade to the fj60 master cylinder.
The P.O. installed some sort of Chevrolet pickup brake setup / master cylinder that has inadequate fluid pressure such that I am towing it around town, soon to be back in my garage. My current setup is stock drums in front and disc conversion in the rear.
I was also thinking of installing a proportioning valve to adjust brake pressure even more.
Let me know if you can offer part nu mbers that you used.
