I thought I would post up a 1964 FJ45 SWB non-removable top. I just sold my FJ45 and it's vin is 3FJ4513813. The person who bought the FJ45 plans on joining MUD in the future. It lives in Southern Oregon by way of South Dakota it's whole life.

found 3FJ45-13170 in mid central Montana, guy bought it mid 90's and runs it once in a while.
it has a centered rear axle and a late 60's F 145 in it.

Looks like the VINs are running in order, unlike the LVs. I guess that makes sense since the frame is unique.

they look to be filling in mostly between a 700 truck range in 63 and a 1700 truck range in 64.

I think it's gonna be tough to fill in the gaps. Lots of work trucks that were used up and scrapped. Lots of farmers and such that don't much care about looking on the interwebs about that old truck in the field out back.

I noticed that cppilot's rig and my rig are exactly 803 rigs apart.

I cannot believe the changes made in just 800 rigs.

Mirrors, hinges, etc.

Sadly:'( looks like my 45 will be on its way to a new home as I have sold it. Guy already has a 65 so looks like it will be in good hands :'(. Money will help fund my 65 stout project .

i have an early dismantled backburner project 2FJ45 - 11435

been studying up some early ones i remember here on mud. slyaussie had a nice example 2FJ45 - 11427 (in melbourne australia) he was dismantling with intent to restore but hasnt posted for a year or two.

another rhd import was for sale in usa couple years ago 2FJ45 - 11366 it had a chev v8 and auto but was reasonably stock looking

there are old threads on both these landcruisers but i dont know how to link them

Got em in and linked. Looks like Australia got RHD ones earlier than the US, but many fewer after they started the LHD models.
