I’ve been looking at the ecoflow’s to use instead of a second battery setup since I can move it between trucks as I move my fridge between trucks.

Anyone have other anecdotal experience with it?
Yes, been doing that for years. First with Jackery then Ecoflow. Solar panels on the 80 roof and a flex panel for the tent. I use the generator on the 80 or the 43, whichever truck I am taking. The best part is with the tent I then get the generator in it, setup kitchen and generator with flex panel outside keeping it all charged, I setup my kitchen with the fridge off the truck in the tent. For flexibility, nothing works as good.

I was dead set on Ecoflow till I realized they don’t use lifepo4 batteries. I’ve switched to BLUETTI products now. Been very happy.

That's a good point. Didn't realize the Ecoflow didn't use Lifepo4. The EB5 looks like a good option with the 120W of solar which is also on sale for the same $800 price tag too.

Yea, Ecoflow 2 does use Lifepo4. The River 2 Max (500ish Wh like the EB55 $499) is out and on sale for $419. The largest River 2 Pro (768Wh) is not really out yet but compares to the EB70s for $569. It's come up on the website a couple of times but still sold out. There should be a discount on the new model when it is in stock. I think they had a couple issues/things to work out. I'm waiting for that one I think.

Bluetti and Ecoflow seem pretty comparable. Jackery had the name but needs to update the batteries.

One difference with the larger ones is the included inverter. If you need to run large things they can put out more watts @ 120v than the smaller ones.

NAPA monthly special $24. (I got an additional $5 off for joining awards program).

Anyone got a Moon Shade yet? My wife surprised me with one for Christmas. Super light and goes back in the bag super easy which I always appreciate. Comes with fairly good stakes that you can pound into pretty hard ground. Very adaptable to lots of different ways of attaching it to different vehicles, or just a tree. Takes a very few minutes to put up. I was getting it to replace a Springbar automobile shade that I’ve had for years. If anybody is a dyed in the wool Springbar person I’ll sell it to you cheap.

Thanks again for all the Overland Inspiration from the meet and greet. Also, this thread helped a ton.

Added:

Bison gear - 100 series rear shelf - Roof shelf LC100 - https://bison-gear.com/en/home/66-lc100-roof-shlef.html - Lots of soft storage and does not interfere with rearview mirror visability
Dometic water pump and water storage - https://www.frontrunneroutfitters.c...r-hydration-jug-11l-and-facet-wtan075con.html - coffee, teeth brushing and cooking should be handled
Bluetti EB70S - https://www.frontrunneroutfitters.c...r-hydration-jug-11l-and-facet-wtan075con.html

Looking for:

Magnetic solar charged lights
Cooking stuff storage boxes - I want to separate out the coffee (jet bowl, fuel, coffee, and coffee mugs) from the plates/silver wear/pots and pans and cooking utensils - Something that can be moved in and out of the truck easily. Running the second row of seats folded up so a lot more space now.

Electrical questions - I have power running to an outlet (shown below). I want to unhook the outlet and add an attachment so I can charge the EB70S when my vehicle is running. I will then keep my fridge plugged into the EB70S. Any insights greatly appreciated.

I think I figured this out. Buy this, cut off the clip ends that attach to the battery and splice into my power line coming into the back of the car.

This is the power outlet - Dometic HWK-DC - Hardwiring Kit- DC - https://www.dometic.com/en-us/outdoor/coolers/accessories/dometic-hwk-dc-222471?adcopylabel=&contenttype=&gclid=Cj0KCQjwtsCgBhDEARIsAE7RYh2Gw-rJra0WcuURQIUogt2ccK3RurcsyLMTmMPBlPP4QLk45rtVYOUaAktwEALw_wcB

If you chew it long enough, it's just sand and sand is basically dirt which is basically dead animals and plants so there are all kinds of nutrients in there. ;<)

I got my aluminum tray (color matched by LineX) installed in prep for Relic Run and GSMTR. Mounted the ARB slide & fridge. Now I dont have to worry about a wood shelf getting wet.
