Im having trouble accelerating past 2500 rpms. I tried to see if the secondary's are opening up, but im lost on what to look for. I searched and couldn't find any pictures. If anybody has any insight if appreciate it.

The secondary only opens up at wide open throttle under load.
To test for opening, do the paper clip test. Put a clip on the vacuum secondary operating rod so that it touches the cannister. Drive it at wide open throttle in 4th gear. Stop and see if the paper clip has moved. It moves down about a half an inch if the secondary opens all the way.
