I've removed many panels inside the vehicle but this one (center pic, contains the seat belt behind it) is kicking my butt. Can someone point me in the direction of how to remove this panel on the land cruiser? I'm trying to remove/clean the DS and PS seat belts as they are very slow to retract. If there is a way to lubricate the recoil mechanism and clean the belt without removing the panel that's really all I'm after but sure seems like you can only do so with the panel removed hence the request. I pulled pretty hard and don't want to break it, I just cannot figure it out. Thanks.

IIRC the pinch molding around the door needs to be removed
pull it off and I think the center piece comes off

Need to remove the door sill trim and the seal. you'll be able to see the clips with the seal out, should be 4 clips. Helps to have some trim tools to help pop the clips. The upper portion of the lower trim panel is clipped into the upper panel. Just need to pop it off.
