Mods:

Day time running light override switch has been done.
The 7 pin and switch have been done. This allows one the turn the rear locking diff in 4WD high.
The front/rear differentials, the transfer-case, transmission breathers have been extended to higher position.
Firestone rear air-spring/bag system.
Installed one inch Coil-spring spacers.
Alpine component speaker set in the front door and MTX's in the rear doors.

Body:

Looks great, new paint on entire truck. Some minor work is on going.
Never any frame or core support damage in its life, all body panels are original to the truck from factory.

Interior:

All dash gauges are in working order and their ARE NO check engine/em brake/ABS or any other warning lights on. All warning lights do cycle on/off when the ing key is turned on/off.
The seats are NOT perfect but look good on a fast look-in, the seats have some cracking, the carpet is good shape with not rips.

Comes with the removable third row seats, they are in great shape.

The front passenger and drivers seats bottoms have been recovered.

The door audio speakers have been recovered.

All the door panels have restored and they look great.

Has all the cup holders in working order.

All the power ports covers are their and are working as well as the cigar lighter.
All the power control switches such as power windows/locks/AC/heated seats ECT are in working order.

The only thing not working on this truck are the power mirrors. I have extensively looked into this as well as the Toyota dealer.

The windshield has a crack from the top to the bottom on the drivers side.

It is in great solid running/driving condition. Drives very smooth almost like when it was new even with the more aggressive tires.

I do not have any proof but was also informed by the previous owner that the front diff had an issue around 70K miles where the front diff was rebuilt with the more stronger newer version from Toyota. He stated that the previous owner told him this with paperwork proven this but the paper work never made to me. I did check with Toyota to get info on this but could not verify it to date. I will can say that front diff seems to work much better than my previous 1998 I owned.

If you are able to meet me in or near SoCal/the border I might be interested... Love the rig... just can't swing a trip down to your neck of the woods...

I tried to do this before for anther person. Just have way too much going on with home/health/business and such. They're concreting the street (I have to be here for this) I live on now.

In a year I will be a permanent resident here, If I go to the USA I will have to restart the proses again. It takes three years to obtain this again.

Their's an airport ten minutes away from me her in Puerto Vallarta, MX.:)

To all those PM's asking about the rear bumper…..

Just got around today to install the newly painted rear bumper.

I am going catch flack over this you will notice that the two lower red marker reflectors are not their. The reflector mounting cups are their if someone wants to install them later. A refinish and repaint will be needed to restore them to factory.

The rear looks better without these reflectors in my opinion.

UZJ100

Need to sell by mid January to pay on property taxes.

Again, This LC is registered (USA Texas title) in the USA and NOT Mexico.

The LC runs 100% all the time, and looks great!:) Looks soooo good I don't feel like taking it off road anymore.:steer:

The paint shows very well, but IS NOT as good as the factory Toyota paint from Japan in my opinion. It's Certainly will not get a concourse show award, but if you look at another 1998/99 with 180K sum miles on the OD with original paint, and I were to park beside it with my 1998. My LC would most likely look show room new in comparison.

My plan was never to invest big $$ and (good middle of the road paint/clear-coat was used) time on paint as I do use it often off road and it will inveterately get scrubbed by tree limbs and such.

I would be on this if my passport didn't just expire! if only you were in New mexico where I live and not old Mexico! I need something to tow my airstream around! selling my 80 and my 60 to fund a towing rig.

good luck!

This is a nice rig, ready to do what you want for a buildup.

All fluid services have been done with in last six months. NO RUST, only on some parts of the exhaust system but don't worry it will easily last another seven years plus:)

Always have used 93 octane fuel on every fill-ups and put one can of BG 44K fuel injector cleaner every other month to keep the motor running sooth as silk.

Make serious offers.

$7k for a clean 100 series and a free vacation to PV? If the timing was better that would be my trip and my 100.

I highly recommend flying in to PV airport and driving back.

Yes, one would have a great time driving back, lots to see and do.

PM's:
Yes…. on the undercarriage for being dirty, but NO[/B] cancerous rust is present. Most of the brown/reddish spots seen is the clay type Mexican (some minor surface rust) mud stained. I do spray the UC with soapy water, pull the wheels, check the wheel bearings, re-greases the drive line and such after every major trip.
The rocker panels are perfect, never any damage.
Yes on cleaning up the UC, this would entail getting some black spray paint to cover to make look like new.

The previous owner and myself have the similar mindset to spray silicone lubricant on all threaded parts below the undercarriage every so often. Every nut & bolt can easily be serviced.

$7000K for a very nice 100 series. It is the least expensive rust free condition here in this classifieds today.

Been waiting on the painter to get back from his trip to paint the moldings. Hoping this weekend they'll get painted.

I'll probably install them in two weeks. My feeling is to make sure the paint is more than fully cured before installing them.

There were two persons here on mud forums say they were coming down to look/buy my LC, both said they on a plane coming. So I rushed to fix a dimple in the DR RT front fender.

The amount of em correspondence between these two is enough to write a good size novel.

Will not name names, now they do not respond back to my em's. I guess they are ok as I do see them posting on the tech and other sections of mud.
