Truck made 7-92. I have been getting a code 71 that appears after several starts, stops, and about 100 miles. I have replaced temperature sensors, tubing, checked voltages, resistance, checked for leaks with the flammable spray method. The tubing is all open and free. I have cleaned the EGR and checked for function. I checked the EGR solenoid. Replaced the EGR gas temp sensor. Replaced two of the VSV valves. Replaced two coolant temp sensors and verified two.

I referenced the manual page FI-25 for this work.

At this point I'd change the EGR and EGR solenoid, if I could get them. I see none to be had. Pictures on parts websites are conflicting between the 25620-61120 and 25620-61110. The ID sticker is gone on mine. The T-shape vacuum hose fitting is a clue? Will they interchange? The 61110 appears available. Substitutes?

The EGR modulator is presently a 25870-61020, is there a substitute?

I can not delete or modify the system and pass smog in California. I can not pass smog with active codes. Hydrocarbon readings are elevated.
