Location? Where's Global?

How many KMs? Where did the cruiser originate from? Does it have heat and ac? PS? Full float or semi rear?
 
Does it have power windows? I don't see a window winder on the passenger door? (Unless my eyes deceive me!)
 
Is this in the U.S.?
 
Does $24K include shipping? delivery? Import fees?

You've got a nice truck to sell but no sense making people ask a dozen follow up questions for information that should be standard.

So far we know it has power windows, but we don't know where in the world the truck is located, despite two people having asked the same basic question.

Thanks, yes it is a nice 45 and will be on the ship heading for Miami soon. Interested parties pm me then it goes to the phone and emails, where any questions are answered and details ironed out.
There are a lot of tire kickers and armchair quarterbacks out there, the serious players respond with pm's to conduct business in a private forum.
