1964 fj40 Factory Altimeter? (1 Viewer)

Ever seen this? I found what appears to be a factory oem altimeter. Currently in the process of making a barn deal on a fst 40. The way it sits in the dash and matches all other details I can only guess its OEM. just have never seen this before...
Any insight or answers are appreciated

Like many things ...a PO adding most likely from another vehicle or jcwhitney or Hollywood accessories

I got my jcwhitney and Hollywood accessories stuff

Just because it looks old ... or ‘looks the part’ doesn’t necessarily mean it came that way
