2016 Sequoia Platinum with stock JBL and RES/DVD. Going nuts listening to the kid movies and want to move them to headphones. The IR headphones are notoriously bad, so I tried plugging headphones into the headphone jacks on the back of the center console, facing the middle row. Tried various headphones, multiple audio sources, turned the volume up and down (with the dials, remote, head unit). Removed the panel and checked connections. Used the DVD remote to toggle between headphones/headphones+speakers/speakers. Can't get any audio to the wired headphones. Any ideas?
(Also, does the DVD audio toggle button actually toggle between the speakers and the WIRED headphone jacks, or does it only toggle between the speakers and the IR headphones?)
