Couldn't find it with a quick mud search. Anyone have this info locked in their head or otherwise readily available?

Being a tapered pipe plug (threads) you can feel as it tightens up and IMHO this is one of those things that might be better done by feel using a small wrench. It's designed so the small drain pipe is oriented downwards so once you get it oriented in that direction and it feels snug you should be good.
 
Its also solid brass, soft and seals easily. Good luck :)
 
I'm surprised there is a tq/spec. I would just make sure both sides are nice and clean, apply aircraft thread sealant and wind it in until snug.
