not guacamole, but I'll make up a batch of mah specialty pear salsa, and share.

That right, pears!

Smoked habaneros, ripe avocados, a shake of freshly toasted and ground cumin, fresh minced garlic, fresh squeezed lime juice, a dash of smoked paprika, smoked sea salt to taste and occasionally I'll add a little rough chopped fresh cilantro too.

Some times I'll swap my own smoked jalapenos...but I prefer my smoked habaneros.

Not a fan of onions or tomatoes in my guac. Ditto for sour cream: YUCK! But to each their own.

Here's mine. Mind you I never liked Guac prior mainly due to it being like baby food so this recipe is more chunky.

Here it is:
(4) avocados
(2) garlic cloves minced
(2) jalapenos minced
1/2 red onion medium diced
1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped
3 limes juiced only
1 medium tomato diced
1 cob of corn roasted on grill cut off the kernels
salt and pepper to taste

rough mash the avocados and fold in the rest

I'm a fan of keeping it simple. Corn,Onions,Peppers etc are great in Salsa Keep the Guac clean and fresh.

2 med limes squeezed
half a bunch of cliantro
Salt to taste

that sounds good I also add a diced tomato...

avocado on the halfshell with coarse salt, coarse ground pepper and a splash of lime. Chips and salsa on the side.
