Where is this truck located? AS so, any history on it, like why the engine was replaced with so few miles, etc.?

The 55 is located in Modesto Calif. Its been in a barn for 20 years, so not used much. Engine was changed to pull a travel trailer. The 6 was not strong enough to pull with.

I am not the original owner. Got it from a friend of a friend as payment on a job. He bought it to hunt with but never used it. So it sat in a barn. That is why it has low miles.
